Process driver payroll and settlements using our Trip Jacket module in TMI—ensuring correct pay, deductions, fuel transactions, and reimbursements.
Set up new owner-operator accounts and ensure everything is ready for seamless settlements.
Track key company and owner-operator assets and keep master files updated and accurate.
Act as a go-to resource—communicating directly with drivers, internal teams, and leadership to resolve pay questions and discrepancies.
Prepare weekly settlements with a sharp eye for detail—verify pay transactions, audit for errors, and provide supporting documentation.
Handle contract terminations with care, ensuring outgoing owner-operators are settled quickly, fairly, and in line with contract terms.
Maintain both physical and digital filing systems—organized, accessible, and always audit-ready.
Pitch in where needed—support fellow settlement coordinators during high volume periods, absences, or training efforts.
Stay proactive, flexible, and always ready to help your team win.
High school diploma required; Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field is a plus.
1–2 years of relevant experience in payroll, settlements, accounting, or back-office logistics support.
A love for accuracy and organization—you triple-check your work and take pride in clean data.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and Excel spreadsheets.
