Service Analyst

Description:

  • Create detailed reports for on-time delivery, service failures, volume, and custom reports as needed for sales, customers, presentations, etc.
  • Reconcile customer scorecards sent from the customer as well as generate and distribute scorecards to customers that do not have their own
  • Monitor customer scorecards and help create solutions and/or action plans in areas that may need improvement, (EDI Compliance, EDI rejections, lane compliance)

 

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 year Associates
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills via telephone, email and in person
  • Strong multi-tasking, time-management, customer service and organizational skills
  • Ability to create, manage and analyze Excel spreadsheets

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with AS400
  • Proven ability to create and maintain positive customer relationships

 

The successful candidate should be able to define problems and establish facts to create solutions. The candidate should be able to maintain positive working relationships, work under minimal supervision with strong decision making and communication skills
